Another crooked pick! - Good job, Mr. President
Well it looks like the President is not about to let us down. His newest Czar of everything urban is former Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion who pocketed thousands of dollars from contrators who benefited from projects he approved or funded with taxpayers money. I don’t know, somehow I thought this was illegal. Conflict of interest or something. Oh, I know, only if the participant is of the Republican persuasion. I’ve been trying to figure out why the liberals were willing to toss the country for the sake of party. I’m beginning to realize the liberals are willing to toss the country for what has become a “way of life.” You see, the logical successor to Borough President is Ruben Diaz, Jr. Diaz is the son of NY State Senator Ruben Diaz, Sr. Senator Diaz, Sr. began his career as a “Community Organizer” who founded the Christian Community Benevolent Association, Inc. A non-profit Community based organization geared toward the elderly and the needy. The “much expanded” organization now EMPLOYS more than 1000 people.
It appears, and campaign contribution records back up allegations from employees of some of Diaz’s charities, that they were instructed to donate money given to them by Diaz, Sr from fundraising efforts on behalf of the charities to his son’s campaign accounts. (illegal) I am beside myself on how this crap continues to go unprosecuted and the guilty parties rise within the Democratic Party.
From what I can surmise, this is the Democratic cycle. This is also the reason nothing is being done to “fix” the problem of the poor. In this cycle, you begin your career as a “Community Organizer”, where you are connected to a Community Based Organization and have access to enormous amounts of money, most of which came from the hard working “rich” American’s tax dollars. The money these organizations receive are largely used to fund voter registration to force favorable results in the area, such as education, affordabel housing and living wage jobs. I guess the jobs are those of the employees of the CBO. If the community organizer is successful in advancing the careers of current politicians through voter registration efforts, the community organizer is rewarded with a seat of his own. Once the new politician enters office he quickly learns that waiting for contributions from prospective bidders of housing contracts, can be quite lucrative in building a campaign war chest. The residents in the area may get NEW affordable housing, but they get little else. Money sent for education is used for the teachers unions and their attempts to keep the Democrat’s in place and advancing others. The Democrat’s protect the unions, who protect the bad teachers. We have useless bodies, not performing and not teaching and we’re paying for it.
So if I have this right, tax dollars are sent to CBO’s that use the money to further the Democratic agenda, which is to spend more tax dollars to build housing given to contrators who won bids by paying off politicians. The jobs produced are vote prostitutes paid by CBO money, most of which is paid by taxpayers. The end result is the ego’s of the politicians are being feed, the pocket books of the contrators are being fed, the lazy unproductive usless teachers are still being fed, even though they should be fired. The good teachers are not able to pull the weight of the deadbeats, and the children don’t learn. SOOO, the community benefits in WHAT way? The taxpayers get hosed and I might add that many of those taxpayers are REPUBLICAN!!! This is illegal in Sooo many ways. In the end, students either get passed through or drop out and become “Community Organizers.”
DOES THIS CLEAR UP ANY DOUBTS ABOUT THE SPENDULOUS BILL OR THE PROPOSED BUDGET???? Does it not also explain why Mr. Obama is having “such a hard time” finding good candidates?
